I❤️BB (I Love Boys' Brigade) is a vibrant, community-powered online space dedicated to celebrating, documenting, and sharing the beauty, discipline, faith, and fun of The Boys' Brigade particularly as it thrives across Nigeria.

Founded out of pure passion for the Brigade movement, this platform exists to keep the spirit of "Sure & Steadfast" alive in the digital age. Whether you're an active Boy, an Officer, an Old Boy, a parent, a supporter, or simply someone who admires the values and energy of the Boys' Brigade, this is your home.

What is the Boys' Brigade?

The Boys' Brigade is one of the world's oldest uniformed youth organizations, founded in 1883 by Sir William Alexander Smith in Glasgow, Scotland. Its timeless Object remains unchanged:

"The advancement of Christ's Kingdom among Boys and the promotion of habits of Obedience, Reverence, Discipline, Self-respect and all that tends towards a true Christian Manliness."

In Nigeria, the Boys' Brigade has grown into a powerful national movement (Boys' Brigade Nigeria – BBN), with thousands of companies, battalions, and councils spread across states. From Benin City to Benue, Kano to Lagos, Boys and Officers march, sing, drum, play instruments, serve their communities, camp under the stars, and grow in faith and character.

Our Mission at I❤️BB

We exist to:

  • Preserve and promote the rich heritage, music, and culture of the Boys' Brigade in Nigeria
  • Share inspiring media – videos of parades, drills, drum major displays, battalion events, state rallies, and high-level camps
  • Provide valuable resources – especially tonic solfa notations for Brigade songs, hymns, and popular gospel tracks frequently sung in companies and at events
  • Build connection among Boys, Officers, Old Boys, and friends of the Brigade – no matter where you are
  • Spread the love – because once you've experienced the brotherhood, the marching, the music, the camping, and the lifelong values… you can't help but say I❤️BB
